- Microsoft Windows® 98 Second Edition, Windows Me, Microsoft Windows NT® Workstation 4.0 Service Pack 3, or Windows 2000 Professional operating system
- 32 megabytes (MB) of RAM minimum
- 10 MB of available hard disk space for desktop software
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later (Internet Explorer 5.5 recommended)
